Canon Auto Zoom 318M!
The Canon Auto Zoom 318M had a newly designed 3x zoom lens and a macro shooting mechanism. A compact total reflection mirror was applied to realize a bright single-lens-reflex viewfinder. Very accurate exposure was assured with a voltage-stabilized exposure measuring circuit using a monolithic IC, the world’s first.
It is lightweight (only 470 grams) and easy to handle, with a plastic exterior, drop-in cartridge loading, and a folding grip, which folded forward under the lens.
