Minolta XG9

• Exposure modes: The XG9 offers both aperture-priority automatic exposure and a metered manual mode. In aperture-priority, you select the aperture, and the camera automatically sets the shutter speed. In manual mode, you set both yourself.
• Focusing screen: The camera uses a bright "Acute Matte" focusing screen with a split-image rangefinder and microprism collar for easy and accurate manual focusing.
• Viewfinder: The viewfinder is a fixed eye-level pentaprism. In automatic mode, red LEDs display the shutter speed selected by the camera.
• Shutter: It features an electronically controlled, horizontal-traverse cloth focal plane shutter with speeds from 1 to 1/1000th of a second, plus a "Bulb" setting for long exposures.
• Lens compatibility: The 
  XG9
   is compatible with Minolta's MD mount lenses, including the popular MC and MD Rokkor lenses.
• Auto winder: The camera is compatible with the optional Minolta Auto Winder G for motorized film advance at up to 2 frames per second.
• Construction: It features a combination of aluminum and plastic in its chassis.
