The Sankyo Super CME-666 Hi-Focus, marketed in 1974, offers a silent super 8 cartridge, a Sankyo Zoom f/1.8 lens with a zooming ratio of 6x and manual focusing ranging from 1.3 m to infinity. Its viewfinder is a single-lens reflex with an adjustable eyepiece and provides useful information such as a f/stop indicator, under and over-exposure warning signals, and a film transport indicator. Additionally, this camera offers both auto and manual exposure control, a built-in 85A filter, a filming speed of 18, 24 fps, and a single frame.
