Minolta SRT-303 with MC W.Rokkor-HG 35mm f/2.8 lens!
The Minolta SR-T 303 is a mechanical 35mm SLR camera that was manufactured by the Japanese company Minolta in various versions from 1973 to 1980. The Minolta SR-T 303 uses the technology already proven in the predecessor models of the SR-T 101 and represents an endpoint in the development of purely mechanical SLR cameras at Minolta.
Compared to the previous top model, the SR-T 101, the 303 also has a facility for double exposures and a reflection of the set aperture value in the viewfinder. Furthermore, the central microprism spot in the viewfinder has been replaced by a combination of microprism ring and split image indicator. Early models of the 303 still had the option of folding up the oscillating mirror manually, but this was no longer possible in this model series with the SR-T 303b at the latest. The separate flash connection sockets for FP and X contact have been combined, and switching is implemented using a rotary switch. In contrast to some simplified versions of the SR-T 101, all SR-T 303s have the so-called CLC exposure metering with two CdS sensors. All 303s also have a center contact in the accessory shoe and the SR-T 303b has a holder on the back of the housing for film pack tears.
