Rollei Magic with original Rollei Magic leather case!
The Rollei Magic is a fascinating milestone in photographic history, recognised as the world's first Twin Lens Reflex (TLR) camera to feature automatic exposure. Produced from 1960 to 1962 by Franke & Heidecke in Braunschweig, Germany, it aimed to bring the luxury of medium-format photography to amateurs by replacing manual calculations with a battery-free, automated system. Around 25,000 units of the Magic I were built before it was replaced by the partially manual Rollei Magic II.
